[Feature Request] Enable Spatial Audio Playback in MacOS

Description:
Currently, playing a Dolby 5.1-supported video in MacOS version of Stremio does not enable spatial audio. The same video file, when played in other media players in MacOS, supports spatial audio.

Request:
Please add support for spatial audio playback at least in MacOS version of Stremio, allowing users to fully experience Dolby 5.1 content as intended.

Benefit:
This would enhance the audio experience for users with surround sound setups or headphones that support spatial audio, making Stremio a more competitive and immersive media player.

we have spacial audio toggle in stremio v5 for macOS? does it work for you?

The spatial audio toggle worked for few days, but after a while it stopped working. I was able to confirm this by playing a video with 5.1 channel through IINA and it gave me a spatial audio option, but when I played the same video in the native player it does not give me spatial audio option even with the spatial audio toggle on in the settings.
