Silent failure in environment phase

No error visible in strider log or in the UI, but no phases run on possibly subsequent downloads of the same node version?

I get the following in strider-runner-core/lib/job.js:305

{ [Error: Command "1 failed with code: undefined] type: 'exitCode', code: undefined }

Not sure where the error is coming from, looking at line 150 in the same file.
