LED Brightness only "on" and "off" #1

Do we have PWM available on the LED drive pin?
I flashed 203, LED goes out when PWM setting 60% or lower, on Green. Doesn't matter if the ambient light is 100 lux or 1 lux.
Marking SAPAC0028 on the bottom.
