Unclear instructions when creating new scene and setting startup scene

It needs to stated that the new scene must be saved in the Assets/Scenes folder. I suppose it will popup automatically when saving a new scene to that folder. But for me to see it poup in the dropdown after moving the file in explorer, i had to restart hazelnut
