Assembler input slots issue

Describe the bug

Assembler consuming twice resources if both input slots are filled

Which side have you encountered the bug on?

Both

Steps to reproduce

Version: latest 1.0.1 from Modrinth, only ic2+gregtech client without other mods
If you fill two input slots at assembler with tin ingots at the same time, machine will consume 4 ingots and make one universal cell.
Same applies for tin can recipe.
