Sonar Cloud coverage support

I just saw the package repository Trimmer using it:

2. https://sonarcloud.io/dashboard?id=org.jonlabelle-github%3ATrimmer%3Amaster

The Trimmer package does not uses UnitTesting, to run tests on Travis, but do everything by himself with .sh scripts. Someone know how to integrate sonarcloud into UnitTesting?
