Album art already downloaded error

Describe the bug
Every time a new song from the same album plays, i get an error saying that the album art is already downloaded and can't be downloaded again. This is happening on fresh install just after import.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a navidrome server as a source
2. Select an album (the ones i'm playing are flac if that matters) and play the first song
3. After the first song finishes and the second one starts playing and finishes downloading, Submariner tries to download the album art again
4. While the error in the screenshot is visible, the download screen is frozen, showing importing file://..../Data/tmp/some-uuid.flac
5. Once i click ok, the download queue clears instantly

Expected behavior
Sumbariner should see that the album art is already downloaded and silently skip downloading it

Apologies for the late response, was taking a break from non-work programming. I'll note that cover handling was changed a lot in the development branch. If you can try building from source, let me know if it fixes it for you (or if you want a binary build to try instead, also let me know).
