Test that collector installs correctly with umask 077 #134
Description
Some users may wish to modify the default umask of 022. In these situations, we'd like the collector to still install properly.
It's not clear if the new packaging work is vulnerable to problems with this, like the install script was. We need to test this and fix it if it presents a problem.
