Delete framework page

1.update the UI page with a delete button for each framework.
2.implement a mechanism to associate each delete button/icon with the corresponding framework.
3.confirmation prompt to use when the button is clicked show a confirmation prompt to confirm deletion.
4.update the UI after deletion.
5.error handling that occurs during the delete operation such as network errors or server errors.
