Update framework page

1.Update the UI page with update button for each framework entry.
2.When the update button is clicked,retrive the existing date for the selected framework.
3.Design the update form with the necessary fields for modifying the framework.
4.Add the necessary validation for the update form fields.
5.Update the UI after updating.
6.Error handling that occurs during the update operation, such as network errors or server errors.
