Unable to create/compile/build SimpleElastix C++ dynamic or static library in 32bit or 64-bit. #495
Description
Hi All,
i would really appreciate if someone guide me steps to build SimpleElastix code in C++ visual studio 2017 and create a dynamic or static library to use it in my C++ project.
