Review and implement suggestions from feedback

Main topics from feedback to be discussed:

• Section on Talks/Presentations
• Contacts Link/Page for outside people to request information like pictures/slides, perhaps also include some of those on page.
• Theme/Colours

This is of course a starting point, expect more to arise from discussions at Collaboration Meeting, and these can be added below. Once decided, Pull Requests can be created as required to address the tasks.

• Collaboration page:
  -- France law requires individual consent to publish a person's photo/details
  -- List is too long - either get a better list from Yves/Francois/Stefan or reset the whole list and ask institutions to tell us who they have.
  -- Suggestion: we should have a database with info about all collaboration members, which could be used for the website and for other things (e.g. to decide who can vote for spokesperson). Who should take a lead on that?
• Add stuff about NEMO3
• Photo gallery?
• Consider moving resources page and other private info behind a password (could be on this site but Francois also suggests a private wiki). DocDB is main source for private info but not so easy to find things like instructions, directories etc on there so wiki/webpage could still be valuable)

@yramachers @drbenmorgan I'd like to add the section on talks/presentations - where is the best place for me to find them? Best I can think of is to trawl through docdb looking for anything labeled "talk" or "poster" and start from what I can find, then ask the collaboration to come forward if they have anything else or if they object to their stuff being included. Is there any problem with me doing that?
