Hume's rainbow cave: Level “Lift” cannot be completed perfectly

I have completed almost all levels in Hume's rainbow cave perfectly. It seems that one level is impossible to complete perfectly, since the lift gets past the first two moles to quicky. The moles are hidden in their holes while the lift goes past them, they only get out after the lift has already passed by and Tux has no chance to attack them.

I was able to kill 27/29 moles, only the first two moles apparently cannot be killed because they are out of reach. I hope this is easy to fix.

Tested in ST 0.5.0.
