Description

Enabled touch drag-and-drop defaults on Linux so touch users get the same interaction as on Windows.

Fix

Make touch_dragend_context_menu follow kTouchDragAndDrop on Linux, matching the existing Windows behavior. Includes coverage in ChromeContentBrowserClientAIPrefsTest.
