Add a Preferences setting to customize which toolbar the SearchBar is added to.

FreeCAD's customization framework doesnt handle widgets other than buttons. Maybe we can add a fake tool that can be placed where desired in custom toolbars using the FreeCAD built-in customization framework, and just replace it on the fly with the search field either when clicked or automatically when switching workbenches/layouts.
