Search through the offline "online" documentation

FreeCAD ships with a pre-downloaded copy of part of the wiki with the Qt documentation browser, the "Tools" results provider should show the doc in the "info pane", and possibly we should have a full text search within the documentation itself.

This comes with the Help add-on in FreeCAD 0.20.x, so the results providers should interact with this if possible.
