If you are on a laptop ensure that KisakCOD launches with your discrete GPU and not the integrated one.

I'm having the same issue (blinking green screen) on wine and AMD GPUs.

Both GPUs give the same results. I ran it with Protontricks-launch and used the prefix steam created for the original game.

Using DXVK should "fix" it, likely the best fix for now.

I can confirm the green screen issue fixed with the latest commit 3b20dec 🥳
I can still trigger crashes when exploding some cars though. Not sure why that is
