Simplest Hardware Needed?

I'm trying to figure out the simplest hardware I can use - hopefully to avoid crimping or soldering.

The README mentions some premade pigtails but that link is dead; has anyone found somewhere else?

If I could find those, is all that's needed the pigtail and an ESP32 controller?

If someone has a Bill of Materials that they had success with, that would be awesome to see!
