When the OTP configuration is enabled on keycloak (as it is the case for one of our deployments) the display page for Mobile Authenticator Setup is not correctly displayed when having a big window.

To reproduce the issue in a deployment, login to keycloak as admin and enable OTP, or alternatively, select a user and add Configure OTP as Required action.
