Improve handling of sessions without a project

1. Start a session
2. Delete the project where that session is defined

Using "open" does not work, the card links to a 404 page (the project does not exist).

Using "open in new tab" works.

Other notes:

• the session can be paused but not resumed (backend error)
• the session can be shut down
