Figure out licenses

Very soon I will probably be pulling in some open source code from other projects, namely [amsynth](https://github.com/amsynth/amsynth), which is GPL2; and [giw](http://sourceforge.net/p/giw/), which is LGPL2.1. I'm not too familiar with licensing practices, so I'll need to figure this out
