Lack of ability to change icons and fonts

It would be very nice to have the ability to change the fonts and icons for gtk-3.0 apps. This would probably require the flatpak to request access to .icons and ~/.local/share/icons. I am not sure if it is possible to adjust icons and fonts for gtk-4.0 icons, but that would be useful too. I might try to add this myself and do a PR if I find time.

I just checked it is possible to modify icons and themes for both gtk3.0 and gtk4.0/libadwaita. All that is needed is gtk-font-name and gtk-icon-theme-name in their respective settings.ini files.

Fonts can be changed in the css like everything else, it is just not a feature I've considered because there are still other things that I would like to get done first. Loading themes into the custom view has been on the back burner for like a year, and it is entirely due to my laziness.

As for icons, I am not opposed to adding it if there isn't too many hoops to jump through. I get that this feature could be useful for people who are not on GNOME or KDE where the tools baked into the system. I believe with GTK3 you can actually do it with css, but I'm not sure how reliable it is.

That being said, I know how to change the icon theme on a system level, but I am highly against adding it this way to Rewaita. It is extremely hacky, requires an Flatpak exception (I already have multiple), and is something I think is very prone to breaking.
