Adds two new themes based on Apple's macOS Tahoe system color palette.

Colors follow Apple's system colors (window/view/headerbar/card/sidebar surfaces plus the full accent ramp: blue, green, yellow, orange, red, pink/purple, brown, and grays), with the macOS system blue as accent:
