Active user story not shown after joining an active session

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create and start a session with user stories
2. Select a user story as admin
3. Join with a member
4. Notice that the previous selected user story is not marked as selected for the newly joined member

Expected behavior
Ideally, newly joined members should immediately see the currently active user story without requiring the admin to reselect it
