I'm not an artist. And definitely I'm not a pixel artist. Making an svg icon from a png like that was a challenge. I gave up on 16. Maybe someone with a proper skill could pick it up in the future, or with a proper reference I could do something with that but I'm not even going to upload my results, they are so bad. With scalable I've had more freedom (and colours) that is why it came out much better.
