- preserve the q=0 algebraic identity separately from the rejected mechanical-EP interpretation;
- build Function/Limit maps before any new cross-scale synthesis;
- define joint local-chi / broader cosmological-Chi meaning only where both objects survive native derivation;
- mark perturbation/recovery NOT_APPLICABLE unless a native cosmological claim genuinely requires such a construction.
