Proposal to move view panels to SCM panel

Right now, you create your own panel where you host 2 views.

• Suggested conflicts to resolve
• All merge conflicts

I propose to move it to standard SCM panel. Usually new panel is created if there is not one related to extension feature. In this case there is the panel that is dedicated to SCM (Source Control Management)

For instance extensions like, Git Graph (mhutchie.git-graph), Git Flow (Serhioromano.vscode-gitflow) are extending standard SCM panel and that is practical.

1. One who opens that panel immediately sees all possible features.
2. While working with one feature, say solving conflicts, you can see the branch you are in, uncommitted changes and so on.
3. You do not clutter VS Code Side Bar with additional icon and make everything looks clean.

I have found that I can drag and drop those views to SCM panel. So, for me it is ok now. No problems. I still think this should be a default behavior but if there is workaround you can close it.
