Create a Collection using the welcome page information. This collection should include all other objects created by the conversion as members.

NOTE: date not needed as it will be added when uploaded to SBH. Not sure Domain and Master Collection are needed for SynBioSuite version.
NOTE: Assay sheets will need to be handled differently, since Assay is an Experiment object, and Samples are ExperimentalData objects. Assays will also need some different fields. Perhaps there can be something in the Init sheet that indicates if a Collection or Experiment should be created.
