remove question after creating new account through cli / register & login flow

There's an unnecessary question after creating a new account:

? This email doesn't exists. Do you want to create new account? (y/N)

Text above says:
Please login or create an account by entering your email and password:

I the flow should be:

1. ask for email
2. check if user exists
   2a. if yes - You've registred before, please enter the password
   2b. if not - It's your first time! Please set the password for your account
