Jumping to the next/previous change doesn't seem to work

Describe the Bug
Pressing the jump to next/previous change buttons or using the commands/keyboard shortcuts don't do anything.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a diff
2. Click on the next/previous change button or run the semanticdiff next/previous change command
3. See nothing happen

Expected Behavior
I expect it to jump to the next change, like the built in vscode diff editor

Actual Behavior
Nothing happens
