Generate Typescript or Javascript class to allow client side generation of Action Urls and StaticContent links by expanding on the functionality of the Url.JavaScriptReplaceableUrl abilities of T4MVC to support fully-fledged client side MVC helpers functions.

more of a V2 wish at the moment though.
