Potentially look at adding SignalR hubs support?

I'm not sure if that would be interesting/useful, but another option to add to the backlog would be to check the ability to generate some metadata for SignalR hub classes.

They'd be used in Javascript, of course, so not sure what would be the best case scenario, but we could at the very least generate js intellisense files!

I think this might be out of scope for R4MVC for now, but once SignalR is ported over to .net core and part of MVC Core maybe we can add then?

I'll add to the backlog for now.
