Feature request: NFS I/O

Hi,
Remora has been useful in profiling HPC jobs, but one thing I am missing is tracking of NFS I/O. We use a flash-based filesystem mounted over NFS as our scratch filesystem and it would be very useful to get stats about its use over the course of a job.
