N64 - Video Plugin - Glide64mk2 lots of missing options

Looking around it seems Glide64mk2 supports Hi res textures (all of the Glide64HQ files are in the source here on BizHawk git hub..etc), along with many other features that are not being exposed in Bizhawk options. In fact it seems like quite a lot of the general available options are missing, making Glide64Mk2 a lot less awesome then it could be.

I think the problem is that the glidemk2 bizhawk uses is really old by now and just doesn't have those features.
I made a similar request a while ago: #274

@pjgat09 So would updating to the upstream version of Glide64mk2 be simple and easy, or is it more complicated than just a simple sync?
