IPS/BPS support ?

Mesen have this feature where you can soft patch a game
with drag'n'drop of the patch file
it would be cool if you add it to Fceux (and to QT version too)

this is not the model this emulator uses. it will auto-load a .ips file with the same name as the rom. that could be extended to bps format.

I just added support for loading a patch file on top of the already-loaded ROM.
It will probably use the same sram/savestate names as the unpatched rom. This will probably cause some problems.
I guess I should fix that, but I will wait for someone to write a bug.

Let me know how stable it is for you and I may consider adding the BPS support
