💡 需求背景和解决方案
未来需引入vitest，依赖vite版本 > 5，现在是vite 4.5，考虑到流水线仅支持node 18，并且参考 tdesign-react 的vite 版本，决定升级到vite 6.2
引入 [email protected]，和 tdesign-react 保持版本一致
引入 happy-dom, @open-wc/testing 依赖，用于更好地支持 webc 的单测能力
新增 vitest.config.ts 单测配置，并编写了 button 组件的单测作示范
