Create tdycore test to run in the cloud

Set up a script that automatically:

1. Clones the TDycores-Project/tdycore-qa repository
2. Clone the TDycores-Project/qa-toolbox in another location
3. Builds the necessary simulators (tdycore and pflotran) and inserts their paths in simulators.sim within qa-toolbox top directory
4. Maps the tdycore test within the config_files.txt within the qa-toolbox top directory
5. Runs the tests and builds the documentation (make all within TDycores-Project/tdycore-qa directory).
