Complete first version of MD to Markdeep Conversion

This version should

• Copy the MD curriculum into the out/ directory
• Transform all *.md files to *.md.html using the md-to-markdeep.py tool.
• Properly construct a base HTML file (probably SUMMARY.md.html for now).
• Clean up all loose ends.
