Unable to close license information in pulse dashboard

This is how the pulse ui looks in 1.2.0

And when i try to click on the close button, nothing happens and following error prints in browser console, In previous versions I was able to click close button, also it showed only the first time as i can remember :).
Please fix this minor issue
