Enable server mode: dependency graph without client installation #17
Make the dependency graph available to users that are unable (due to permissions or capabilities) to install jiradeps locally.
A first version would have a dedicated service running for a specific Jira instance, i.e. except for user authentication data, every config option would be fixed.
