New Arbin Log

The new Arbin software seems to output data with different column headings as well as not using epoch time. Would it be possible to update the Arbin code to account for those or would it be better for me to write a conversion file for our project?

What would be best is if you could create a PR with some test files!c Then we can debug together and update the code. At the moment, I'm not sure if we have any Arbin files to do our own debugging, so this would be more of a collaborative thing between you guys and me
