Envisage changing the format of the performance file from txt with space separators to json or else yaml

This is not an issue but more a misunderstanding , an evolution proposal.
I do not understand why the project has chosen the text format of the performance file.
Text format means both knownledge of a applicable separator and a conversion of text string to double or float (in python) hence a decimal separator or an floating point E formatting.
Would it be not preferable to adop a json format, allowing for explanation / justifications for keeping the why of some choices and more of some information about the applicable units of the "grandeur physique".
Yaml is another format that would be fit to this kind of database.
But this is only an opinion.

Don't known if such a request could be taken into account in future deliveries.

Thanks for your amazing work and thanks for future evolution of coverage of the aircrafts / aircrafts variants as of more understanding how the database would be used against parametrized inputs such the aircraft weight or the deviation of standard ISA configurations.
