Description
Instead of generating subtitles with a detected or specified language, use whisper to translate any language into English and then respond with the subtitles in English.
The already implemented receiver can be used to send the subtitles to TUM-Live.

Why
Such a feature allows us (for example) to generate English subtitles for German lectures which might be extremely helpful to non-German-speaking viewers.
