Add reply-to mail-header if user provides contact e-mail #3

Description

Moin,
in case the user provides a contact e-mail address, it probably should be set as reply-to: header for mails sent on behalf of the user. This would allow for agents / ticket systems in the background to reply to the user directly. So far all mails by the platform are just sent with a fixed sender address you can't really reply to.
