Hello,
As you have realized, the Dragon Research Group (DRG) feeds have stopped. Officially the DRG has ceased operation and most of that infrastructure has been shutdown. I am the former managing director of that project.
On a more positive note, I have started a new project, based partly on my past work with DRG. See DataPlane.org for details. Some of this new work is picking up where DRG left off. There are currently three non-commercial feeds available: sshpwauth.txt, sshclient.txt and sipquery.txt. Over time there may be more, but hopefully DataPlane.org helps fill a gap left by the now defunct DRG.
