[assembler] Implement basic macro expansion.

Deficiencies:
1. No support yet for macros inside other macros.
2. There are no tests yet for macro parameter substitution.
3. Macro parameter substitution in pipe constructs is not supported.
4. Macro expansion inside RC-words is not yet supported.
