Vhost configuration

Where is the vhost configuration happening?
How can I adapt it?

The configuration is done with packer+ansible and located here:

Unfortunately hosted packer from hashicorp will not be available anymore after march 2018 and we need to think about a different approach here. Just to let you know if you spent some time with it.

Ok so its using nginx, and the configurations are located in /etc/nginx.

Have my project "pizza" under a specific domain. Like pizza.localhost.
I wasnt familiar with nginx configs, but it the way I understood your config is, that it catches (almost) everything via regex in front of .local.typo3.org.

What I dont get how it matches to the correct folder. But it does it somehow.

Now my project is available at pizza.local.typo3.org. Kinda fine by me, but it looks too much like a "live" page. Also it must look funny in typo3.orgs access logfiles, when you forget to add your domain to your /etc/hosts file.
Imho that should be completely seperate, so you dont mix *.typo3.org with dev environments.
