Remove AGENTS.md and ANTI_PATTERNS.md

These files are no longer relevant to the current project structure or
agent interaction model. AGENTS.md was a simplified guide, and CLAUDE.md
is now the authoritative source for agent guidance. ANTI_PATTERNS.md has
been superseded by more specific documentation within CLAUDE.md and
other project files.
