TagStudio entry in TagsResearch

I see that the GitHub discussions were opened so I'm going to rent this place as a way to keep track of TagStudio in my knowledge repo.
I'm going to update TagStudio entry whenever new version comes out and I find the features in changelog. In fact I just did it for the 9.2.0 as it scored quite a few features that I keep track of.

Updated the entry with v.9.5.0 update

All program template categories are now filled which means the entry itself is considered complete.

Developers of TagStudio can check it and if there are no objections approve that it represents accurate state of the program.

There also is now a section in the main readme file where the completed entries and entries checked by the developers appear. I didn't yet add it to the completed files so I could add TagStudio to both of them just like QMV and Kanri. Of course only if you want to fact check the entry.
