Description
My scan showed over 11k unlinked entires. Upon starting the relink tool, there is no way to stop it. This means the rest of the application cannot be used.

Solution
Allow for the relink process to be cancelled. This shouldn't matter much, since the remaining items will be queued again when the tool is next launched.
Stetch addition: tell the user what entry is currently being relinked.
Alternatives
Allow users to interact with the windows rather than the popups blocking them (#1211), however does not solve the core issue.
